Meray Messiha, MA, RP (qualifying), Founder
I envisioned this practice as a space that embraces life’s many transitions. Grounded in the Gap Model, our focus is on the ambiguous spaces in between—from navigating young adulthood, through the early stages of marriage, and parenthood.
My curiosity has always been rooted in what draws people together. This practice frames intimacy—not just with others, but with ourselves—as a tool for navigating life’s challenges. It guides you in deepening these connections and uncovering gaps in your experiences that often only emerge during life’s stages and transitions. Whether you’re in a transition, approaching one, or reflecting on one, in this space, meaning unfolds and the fragments of life can be brought together into one unified whole.
Our philosophy is carried in our name: it is about noticing what feels absent, tending to those aspects with care, and creating opportunities for something new to emerge.
